UNVEILING WORLDS
Patmos, Greece. June 16 - 25, 2026
Part summer sojourn, part retreat, and part creative workshop to inspire new realities to emerge from our collective heart-mind. Come prepared to explore art, science, ancient wisdom, and the urgent need for new stories and cultural innovations that support planetary awakening and well-being.
An exclusive invitation to leaders seeking spiritual solutions to modern challenges…
Let’s dance with the gods and goddesses in liminal Patmos, where the veil between worlds shimmers with translucent magic!
For 9 glorious days, we’ll explore the world behind the world through heart, nature, ritual, spirit, story, sacred space, planetary healing forces, and consciousness itself.
We’ll enter and co-create a living myth in the company of the most beautiful and influential humans I know.
Yes, that makes you one of them!
What are you eager to unveil to yourself and share with others?
We wouldn’t summon you to Patmos if it weren’t absolute magic…
Myth tells us that Patmos was once submerged beneath the sea until Artemis, goddess of wilderness and childbirth, with the help of Apollo and Zeus, brought it to the surface. Artemis is still birthing here. Symbolic of the goddess’s womb, a gateway to creation and rebirth, a key feature of the island is the Cave of the Apocalypse. Around 95 AD, John the Apostle, exiled and alone, received mystical visions here that inspired the Book of Revelation. It is a historically and energetically powerful and sacred place.
And beyond all that, it is simply stunning in a quiet Greek Island way. Unwind hike along peaceful goat paths overlooking shimmering, crystal blue waters. Lose yourself in the beautiful cities flowing with aliveness, vibrant restaurants, colorful shops, historical depth, mystic wonder, and a joyous appreciation for life itself.
Fair warning, Patmos is one of those magical places, and it will call for your return… again and again.

FLIGHTS TO ATHENS:
It is easiest to fly into Athens, Greece - the Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport (ATH). Purchase flights early, as they typically go up in price as the date approaches.
(If you haven’t been, or if you have, you might want to book a few extra days on the front end or back end of the Patmos journey to explore Athens. It’s an iconic and breathtaking city!)
FROM ATHENS:
You can get to Patmos by taking a ferry from the Piraeus port in Athens or by flying to a nearby island with an airport and then taking a connecting ferry or catamaran. The fastest ferry from Piraeus takes about 7 hours, while flying to a nearby island like Samos or Kos can significantly shorten your overall travel time and is often more convenient, especially during the high season.
By ferry
From Piraeus (Athens):
This is a direct and common route.
The Blue Star Ferry runs from Athens (Piraeus) to Patmos. https://www.ferryhopper.com/en/.
Arrival - Tuesday, June 16, 15:00 - 22:20.
Departure - Friday, June 26, 00:15 - 8:25 (Note - the ferry leaves 15 minutes after midnight and is an overnight trip. It will arrive in Athens early on the morning of June 26.)
Book Early - Book a round-trip ferry ticket as early as possible. Seats and cabins may sell out, particularly cabins on the return trip, as it is an overnight voyage.
Ferry Cabin Share - If you are interested in sharing a cabin, please let us know on the sign-up form, and we’ll help you coordinate with other participants.
By plane and ferry
Fly to a nearby airport:
Patmos does not have an airport, so you'll need to fly to a nearby island first.
Samos: Considered the best option for a quick connection, especially during the spring and summer, you can get from the Athens airport to Patmos in about 3 hours if your connections align.
Kos: There are multiple daily flights from Athens to Kos. From the Kos port, you can take a catamaran or ferry to Patmos.
Leros: This island has a national airport, making it another good option for a connecting ferry to Patmos.
Take a connecting ferry/catamaran:
After landing, take a ferry or catamaran from that island's port to Patmos.
Other options
Helicopter:
Helicopter transfers are available for a faster and more scenic but significantly more expensive option.
From Turkey:
It is possible to fly into Istanbul and travel by bus and ferry from Turkey, as shown in this Rome2Rio route example, but this is not a typical way to arrive from the main part of Greece. (We are still collecting more information on this route.)

While there is a lot to discover, Patmos is a small island (only 13 sq. mi). Nothing is far.
The hotel, 9 Muses, is in the peaceful town of Sapsilla, about 3 km from Skala, the island's center for ferries, shops, and most hotels. You can get to Skala (and explore other areas of the island) by e-bike, scooter/quad, taxi, rental car, public transport, or by long walk (45 minutes). Chora is also a gorgeous city, on the island’s pinnacle, with restaurants, views, and nightlife. There are also sights and a few restaurants nearby, and the town, Grikos is within walking distance of the hotel.
E-BIKE/ QUAD/SCOOTER/CAR RENTAL
You will not need a vehicle daily, but you might want to rent one to explore the island. (Scooter rentals require a motorcycle license, but quads do not.)
